On July 25, 2023, our company's first turret type six-sided appearance inspection machine was delievered. It is designed for defect inspection of six surfaces of chips and other devices, including hidden cracks and other defects that are difficult to recognize by human eyes, and to classify the devices into feeding boxes/tubes/trays/braids according to the type of defect.

The device operates based on PC development; The device supports GPIB/TTL/RS232 communication; 

The device has SECSGEM communication function.

Images are capable of deep learning , which improves accuracy through continuous learning and upgrading during the generation process.The device is equipped with automatic nozzle height calibration function, and operation limits according to the rank of the operator.
